Proposed Paradise Parkway
Tris Metcalfe completed this scale drawing of a proposed new "Paradise Parkway" roadway that shows the feasibility of developing a bypass road that links West Street with Conz Street via the abandoned rail bed that runs behind the Smith College Power Plant.
