Northampton City Council Committee on Elections, Rules, Ordinances, Orders and Claims (posted as a full City Council meeting because of anticipated attendance of other Councilors) Monday, April 14, 2008 6:00 PM City Council Chambers, Puchalski Municipal Building (behind City Hall), 212 Main Street The Committee will begin the development of rules of procedure for the adjudication of "heavy municipal use" special permits by the City Council in anticipation of a potential application for such a permit by the Department of Public Works for expansion of the landfill.
